Therefore, remote mortgage loan originators must strictly follow our work-from-home security protocols while conducting their duties remotely.

At PCG, mortgage loan originators have the potential to earn a total commission of 2.75%, whether it's lender-paid or borrower-paid. The payout to MLOs can be up to 2.0% commission in 1099 states.

If your closing is FUNDED by 12pm EST, you receive payment on the same business day. For closings funded after 12:01pm EST, payment is issued on the next business day by 5:00pm EST. In cases where a transaction requires a 3-day right of rescission, the payout clock begins on the day AFTER the rescission period ends. It's important to note that all post-closing documents must be received by management before disbursement.

While you have the option to process your own loans, we highly recommend utilizing our experienced team of loan processors dedicated solely to processing. They handle tasks such as gathering documents, contacting partners, and requesting documentation from borrowers. Moreover, they ensure seamless communication by uploading all important tasks into your portal, which automatically notifies all individuals involved in the transaction. We believe that as an MLO, your focus should be on generating business rather than processing loans.

MLO: Mortgage Loan Originator - According to Chapter 494, Florida Statutes, individuals must obtain a license if they directly or indirectly solicit or offer to solicit a Florida mortgage loan, accept or offer to accept an application for a Florida mortgage loan, negotiate or offer to negotiate the terms or conditions of a new or existing mortgage loan on behalf of a mortgage applicant or lender, or negotiate or offer to negotiate the sale of an existing mortgage loan to a non-institutional investor for compensation or gain. This requirement also applies to individuals mandated to be licensed as loan originators under the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008.

No, absolutely not! There are no minimum monthly fees or quotas if you decide to work with PCG. Additionally, if you are a new mortgage loan originator, there is no initial NMLS license fee to request sponsorship. However, if you are transferring from another company, there is an NMLS $30 MLO change of sponsorship fee.
