Income is not required since PCG Commercial does not rely on personal income verification for qualification. Competing offers must be provided in full detail and must originate directly from the lender issuing the offer. Photocopies, scans, screenshots, or altered documents may not be accepted at our discretion. At the time the competing offer is submitted, the borrower must not be under contract or committed to any other lender for that same loan scenario. This promotional guarantee is valid for 72 hours from the time it is presented to the prospective borrower and applies solely to business-purpose real estate investment loans. The term “best offer” refers specifically to interest rate, points, fees, and total cost of capital on comparable terms.
