For the $500 Meet or Beat Guarantee, applicants must present a competing real estate investment loan offer that matches the same criteria, including: loan amount, loan type, collateral type, amortization period, LTV, credit score, and all material underwriting terms. Income is not required since PCG Commercial does not rely on personal income verification for qualification. Competing offers must be provided in full detail and must originate directly from the lender issuing the offer.
